Site Work and Foundation
- Site cleared up to approximately 30 feet around home and other improvements.
- Well depth up to 100 feet with pump with no additional well and water developments. Any additional costs to be paid by Buyer including water softeners, sand filters, bladders and/or holding tanks for water storage to reach 5GPM to meet minimum financing requirements.
- Gravel based driveway up to 100 feet from established edge of roadway to home.
- Standard DEC 3 or 4 bedroom septic depending on plan. Buyer to pay for any additional requirements such as sand liners, mound systems, lift stations or any other specialized systems required for DEC standards due to site conditions.
- Final construction grade with minimum 2% slope for drainage around perimeter of home, which does not include landscaping or topsoil.
